If there is one of the many maxims that I have not lived up to that stands head and shoulders above the rest it is that I have spread myself too thinly in life. My mum used to say ‘be anything you like Alex, but be the best.’ She would be a touch disappointed I suspect to find me a Jack of many trades and master of nowt.
They say that the man who chases two rabbits catches neither and yet we persist in chasing a whole colony simultaneously. Which one is in your sights? Wealth? Health? Humour? Anger? Regret? Happiness? Where focus goes, energy flows.
Today I am the possibility of being in rude health.
